Hi Rafadal,

That sounds like a problem or incompatibility with DirectShow on your PC.

- If you're running Windows XP make sure that you have Sp3 installed.
- Make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed
- Make sure that you have the FFDShow Tryouts codec pack installed.

If none of that works try Configure->Hardware->Video and Karaoke Display and make sure that only one screen is set to show video and that one is set as primary video player and see what happens.

If that still doesn't work then try Configure->Player->Player Settings and tick the "Use Old Video Renderer" setting and restart JJ.

Hopefully one of the above things will make it work properly.
