License and Purchasing Information

Please be aware that a FREE 30 day trial is available, so we urge you to please try Jukebox Jockey before making a purchase as all sales are final and no refunds will be granted.

Activations

Your license key will be verified over the internet. Every license comes with 2 activation counts on our licensing server. One is for activating your machine, the other is for backup purposes only. The activation count will be depleted when you activate a machine. Once you use up your activations, you must request that your activation count be reset. Activations can be reset only for users who are no longer using the activated PC(s) and have fully removed the software. Each license permits use on 1 machine. Multiple licenses must be purchased for multiple machines.

Upgrades

Your purchased license entitles you to all version 1.0 releases, including the beta versions. Certain features may be released which require you to purchase an additional license in order to activate those additional functions. When the release version is bumped up to a 2.0 status, you will have the ability to upgrade your license at a discounted rate.

Purchasing a License

Jukebox Jockey has selected Plimus as our software distribution partner. Their secure e-commerce platform will allow you to checkout safely with a variety of different payment methods. If you are paying via credit card, your purchase will display on your credit card statement as "Plimus", not Jukebox Jockey. After your payment is verified, you will immediately receive your activation keys via e-mail; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We still do not suggest waiting until the very last minute to purchase a license as we do not have control over billing or delivery issues that may postpone delivery of your license keys. You must contact Plimus (and notify us) if you have trouble making your payment.  All sales are final.
