If you are using Jukebox Jockey in a commercial environment, you must purchase a Professional Edition license. Includes the ability to startup as Guest to ensure your jukebox is always locked. Includes the ability to have more than 2 users (Guest, Host, Administrator, and more). Remove the Jukebox Jockey Logo at the start of a video. Includes the Import and Export functions for DJIntelligence and DJEventPlanner.		If you are using Jukebox Jockey in your home, you can purchase the Home Use Edition. You can not use the Home Use Edition if you are going to use the software in a commercial environment of any kind. This version does not allow you to startup the software as the guest user This version is limited to only 2 users (Guest and Administrator). This version embeds a Jukebox Jockey logo at the start of any videos.

Each Jukebox Jockey license key includes two "seat licenses", one for your primary computer and one for backup purposes. When used in a commercial environment, you must purchase a separate license for each jukebox. The backup seat license may be used on your office computer, for testing and development purposes, or on a backup machine. Personal or Home Use Edition customers may activate and use the software on up to two computers for thier own, personal use only. Please refer to the Software License Agreements for additional information.

Your license includes unlimited web-based support. Telephone or Skype calls may be conducted from time to time on a limited basis or for an initial sales or configuration consultation.  Jukebox Jockey is flexible, so we understand you may need some help getting it to work the way you want. Downloads and Installation

Jukebox Jockey has selected Avangate as our software distribution partner. Their secure e-commerce platform will allow you to checkout safely with a variety of different payment methods. If you are paying via credit card, your purchase will display on your credit card statement as "Avangate", not Jukebox Jockey. After your payment is verified, you will immediately receive your activation keys via e-mail; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We still do not suggest waiting until the very last minute to purchase a license as we do not have control over billing or delivery issues that may postpone delivery of your license keys. You must contact Avangate (and notify us) if you have trouble making your payment.  Also, please be sure your activation keys don't get stuck in your spam filters. We recommend printing the e-mail containing your activation keys and storing it in a safe place. We do maintain a record of what license keys are issued to our customers, so if you ever lose your key(s), let us know and we will send you another copy of the e-mail. However, it is not our responsibility to maintain a copy of your license keys.

You may deactivate a computer in order to transfer the seat license to a new machine. Once deactivated, your seat license will be made available for a new computer. This is needed if you are planning on formatting a computer, if a computer crashes, or if you simply want to transfer the software to a new computer.
